1. ORDER PROCESSING

   Every order undergoes a handling period before it is dispatched:

   Once an order is placed, it is promptly sent for fulfillment, and your item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

2. SHIPPING:

   Free shipping is available for all orders over $79.99.

   Shipping Destinations: We only ship within Canada. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within Ontario, and as many as 4-5 days for other provinces depending on distance. Please note that this delivery time does not include our 1-2 days of processing.

   If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe as mentioned above, please allow an additional 2-3 days before contacting us to inquire about your shipment's status.

   You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. It may take a few days after the order has been shipped for the tracking number to become active on the courier's system. If the information is not yet available on the courier's website, please try again later.
   
   Holiday Guarantees:
   

   To ensure your coffee arrives in time for the holidays, please note our shipping deadlines:

   • Within Ontario: Place your order by end of day, Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
   • Other Provinces: Place your order by end of day, Thursday, December 12, 2024.

   Orders placed by these dates will arrive before the holiday season, so you can enjoy all your favorite brews without delay! For any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

    

3. TRACKING INFORMATION:

   Yes, tracking information is provided. You will receive an email containing your tracking information when your order is shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

   If your tracking states "no information available at the moment," it's possible that it can take 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us for further assistance.
