If you are not entirely satisfied with the majority of our products, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in pristine condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. In the case of machines or equipment that have been used, we will accept your return but may apply a restocking fee based on the item's condition.
It's important to note that all parts and consumable products (e.g., coffee, tea, or other edible items) are considered final sale. For all other items, we often find that customers may benefit from some additional guidance in using the product and that will address most of the concerns.
If your purchase was made in-store, you can return it to the store. If you made an online purchase or opted for curbside pickup, you may return the item at our store in Woodstock.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts. We kindly request that you package your return items securely to prevent any damage during transit. We cannot issue refunds for items that were inadequately packaged and suffered damage during shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct an inspection to verify any damage and will process the refund through your original method of payment.
Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damaged or lost items during the return process. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and opt for delivery confirmation when sending it back to us.
If you have a change of heart or discover that you've mistakenly ordered the wrong product after it has been shipped, you can proceed with a return as detailed in the Returns section. Following this, you have the flexibility to either place a new order for the product you truly desire right away or wait until you receive your refund – the choice is yours!
To report damaged items, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We strongly advise taking photographs of the damages before opening any packages.
